Our Team
Meet Dr Nitasha
Graduating from Sydney University and practicing since 2011, Dr Nitasha has worked at busy animal practices in Sydney, Northern NSW and overseas.
She has been involved in capture, neuter, treatment and release programs for domestic animals and worked with many exotic and endangered species in Asia and Central America. Displaying a keen interest in conservation biology, she is always looking to further her horizons in every aspect of veterinary practice.
Dr Nitasha is a strong advocate for pet rescue, having acquired a dog ‘Frida’ and cats ‘Nacho’ and ‘Totoro’ on the job.
Since 2017 Dr Nitasha has been working as a mobile veterinarian, providing veterinary care to pets in the comfort of their own homes. Dr Nitasha is looking forward to meeting all your fur babies at PetO!

What can I visit PetO Vet for?
Our experienced and friendly vets are available for annual vaccinations, health consultations, sick pet examinations, prescription medications, dental checks and any general health questions you might have.
What conditions should I not come to PetO Vet for?
If your pet has been in an accident or requires immediate medical attention, please take them directly to your local veterinary hospital. You’ll find a full-service OurVet clinic in many of our PetO Stores.
How do I make a booking?
All bookings for PetO Vet can be made here.
Do I need to pre-pay?
Appointments for PetO Vet do not require pre-payment.
Do you offer surgery?
Depending on your location, we may have a full-service OurVet clinic in your local PetO Store.
Where we don’t have an OurVet clinic, we work closely with a trusted veterinary hospital for routine de-sexing and other procedures. They also offer a pick up and drop off service of your pet to your home.
Do you accept Pet Insurance?
Yes, we will be able to fill the claim form for you.
